Overview
I am currently working with a newly built nursing home in Solihull, that is looking for a Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN/RNLD). The home is able to support patients in both a residential capacity and for those with additional nursing needs. The modernized home features its own hair salon and beauty room, open plan bistro restaurant for residents to enjoy. The successful candidate will ensure the high standards of nursing care and work with the home manager in order to run the home in line with legislation and current practice. Reporting to the Registered Care Manager, the Clinical Lead Nurse / Senior Nurse will be responsible for assisting the Care Manager and Deputy Manager to deliver high quality nursing and care of our residents. This is a 60 bedded dual home, 30 being registered Dementia unit and the other 30 being in Residential Care. My client is offering a Clinical Lead position at 38.5 hours, paid £36,684.65 per Annum. Requirements : Current and valid NMC Registration A clean DBS Experience of leading and working within a team Committed to the highest standards of care Right to work in the UK Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Duties will include but are not limited to: Work within a team in a care home environment or similar setting Comply with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct at all times Look after the physical, psychological and social needs of clients Carry out other nursing duties associated with the role including management of resident needs, audits, record keeping Responsibilities, from developing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely Promote resident independence and respect their dignity and choices at all times Work in line with Company policies and procedures If you are interested in this role, please get in touch on 01772 875 866.
