Overview

Customer Service Representative - Braintree Do you have excellent Customer Service Skills? Do you have strong attention to detail? We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our successful and established client based in Braintree. Within the role, you will be responsible for proving extensive product and service knowledge and managing customer accounts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Communicating with customers via email and telephone; answering product and service questions Transferring customer approval or refusal of quotation to the appropriate services within the Company Providing customers with information regarding diagnostics, quotations, delays and delivery times and following up regularly to ensure the customer is kept up to date at all times Redirecting customers to the company website where necessary; escalating any major issues to the Key Account Manager or Director Sending invoices to customers upon completion of individual jobs in a timely manner Use the in-house computer system to manage the customer accounts, input orders, manage and log invoices Ensure up-to-date workflow information is available Visiting customer sites as and when required by both the Company and customer Take incoming calls and redirect to the appropriate individual or department as needed, ensuring availability prior to transfer REQUIRED SKILLS Excellent customer service skills Experience of dealing with technically complex orders Fast, accurate data input ability and high level of numeracy.
