Overview

Customer Service Executive Pursuit Resources Group is currently recruiting for roles within the Customer Service sector in the Essex area. Apply now - Communicating with customers via email and telephone; answering product and service questions - Providing customers with information regarding diagnostics, quotations, delays and delivery times and following up regularly to ensure the customer is kept up to date at all times - Transferring customer approval or refusal of quotation to the appropriate services within the Company - Sending invoices to customers upon completion of individual jobs in a timely manner - Work in conjunction with the Workshop Supervisors and Workshop Manager regarding jobs which can be started prior to customer approval in line with Service Level Agreements - Use the in-house computer system to manage the customer accounts, input orders, manage and log invoices If you feel you fit the requirements for this role and would like to discuss it in more detail please contact Sarah Palmer on .
