Job Description KPMG Managed Services provide an innovative and cost effective solution to the delivery of large scale review and/or processing activity across multiple industries, geographies and processes. The Managed Services operation is experienced in, but not limited to, remediation, complaint handling, claims processing, service delivery and conduct risk reviews. Managed Services Revenue targets are in excess of £20M pa and UK Operations is the principal delivery arm and driver of this revenue We bring together KPMG subject matter expertise, highly skilled operational resource and, where required, proprietary technology assets, providing clients with a single joined-up approach. Role Purpose: The role is responsible for ensuring the successful recruitment of skilled resources into Managed Services. The successful candidate will be required to engage with the Operation and People Support Manager in order to support the effective delivery of the talent management framework, it is therefore essential that the candidate has a sound ability to engage and communicate information articulately. Design and maintain of the suite of role profiles for onshore and offshore use Support the design of interview material delivery aligned to the competencies required by role type Determine the testing requirements for specialist roles during recruitment phase (e.g. advanced excel, skills assessments, letter proofing or in-tray exercises) Coordinate recruitment activity from inception through to delivery Support and effectively track pre engagement screening process (PES) Build core knowledge of the engagement during mobilisation in order to design interview and training material which is engagement specific Work with the offshore team to ensure recruitment activities across both sites are cohesive and to the same standard Maintenance of competency levels through use of staff knowledge assessment and training needs assessment Attend regular competency review panels to support, track progress and ensure competence of associates is maintained Organise, monitor and feedback results from PKT (testing) to the operations management team Support Pulse survey activities cross site Support career paths and talent management framework Collaborate with Operations Managers to solve specific training problems through focused, qualitative solutions Support events and activities such as Breakfast/Lunch Clubs and Town Hall meetings To maintain an up to date working knowledge of the financial services market and all regulation Essential Experience: Min 2 yrs in an operational environment, where at least 1 yrs has been spent within a recruitment function Proven experience of cross functional working Desirable Experience Preferred background in Financial services industry Awareness of the FCA, CCA, Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation, procedures and processes Experience of writing assessment material Competent in the use of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
