Job Description Link Group currently has an exciting opportunity available for a interim Internal IT Recruiter to join our growing team on a 6 month fixed term contract, based out of our Leeds office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced internal IT Recruitment professional to join a business through a transitional period and be involved in some critical hiring. The successful interim Internal IT Recruiter will find, engage, assess and support the hiring of people into the IT community within our business across mutliple locations in the UK. The interim Internal IT Recruiter role is to build an in-depth understanding of the talent requirements and close effective relationships with their internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrating a genuine passion for the recruitment of the best candidates for their internal customers. As such, the successful candidate will have excellent volume/project hiring experience from an internal or RPO background and have 360° full cycle recruitment experience in a fast paced internal recruitment function. Key responsibilities will include: Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruitment Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to determine and anticipate hiring needs and changes Help create innovative and robust recruitment strategies and execute processes and programmes to support the assigned business area Identify exceptional external and internal talent, and manage passive relationships and talent pools in anticipation of future needs Establish strong and effective selection standards in assigned business area, coaching managers and introducing robust assessment tools as needed Promote and champion a universally excellent candidate experience, working with hiring managers to ensure consistency of process, and good perception of our external employer brand Manage candidate and job data within our systems in an accurate, timely and compliant manner Meet established metrics for sourcing, offers and hires Manage and contribute to various recruitment related projects and strategic initiatives. Qualifications Ideal candidate will possess the following: Previous internal recruitment experience of a broad range of IT professionals Must have experience building effective hiring manager relationships Experience of building talent pools to support future hiring needs Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for tracking and managing candidates Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple recruitment exercises and projects to a high standard Additional Information Link Group’s purpose statement 'Together we achieve’ reflects how much we value working together: with each other; with our clients; and with third parties, to help everyone achieve success - both personal and professional We have an ongoing commitment to career progression, training and education as well as a competitive compensation and benefits package that under pins this.
