Purchase ledger Clerk Location: Salford Salary: up to £21,000 We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a global company based in Salford, on a permanent basis. The role cover all aspects of the invoice to pay cycle and to accurately maintain multiple purchase ledgers. Main responsibilities include: Ensure all invoices are logged accurately and approved by the relevant department Match invoices to GRNs and purchase orders Assist with supplier reconciliations and support with resolving any queries promptly, ensuring payment in accordance with the agreed terms Assist with internal recharge invoices, collating relevant documentation Support with the maintenance of the credit card and petty cash expenditure General assistance in the SSC finance department with any ad hoc duties when required The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role within a large company.
