Overview
Real Estate Development Solicitor (2-4yrs PQE) Manchester A new opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor to join the Development team in the Real Estate department of a highly rated Manchester firm. The firm have a robust Real Estate division that provides services across Commercial Property and are now looking to grow their Development team. With this in mind the firm are looking for a Solicitor that has experience within a Development team and who has exposure with acquisition and disposal of both residential and mixed use developments. The firm is looking for a Solicitor that is comfortable to handle their own caseload of matters and to assist senior members of the team in more complex, large scale transactions. In turn the firm are offering the chance to work with an experienced Partnership team that have cultivated revenue and work delivering relationships, a firm that invests in secretarial and infrastructure support and in the career development of their own staff. The successful candidate will be circa 2-4 years PQE and have gained residential development experience as part of the wider real estate case load. You will be an ambitious and entrepreneurial looking to make your mark with one of the UK's top firms.
