Real World Evidence Director - Global Agency - Manchester - £65k - £75k Car Allowance Benefits. The Company My client is one of the most established and well-regarded agencies in the Real World, Market Access & Health Economics & Outcomes Research space. With extensive capabilities across Market Research, Real World Evidence, Market Access & HEOR they are now looking to bring on an experienced Real-World Evidence Manager / Director to lead their teams across their wide range of Real-World Evidence Studies and Projects. The Role Being a key Senior Leader within the Real-World Evidence Unit, you will be working as part of an ever-growing team with capabilities across a vast range of diseases areas and an already strong HEOR Client base. The current team is split between 3 specific areas each with its own focus and specialism covering Data Analytics, Non-Interventional / Observational Studies and Market Research capabilities. Whilst the group is well established this is joining a smaller team and so the opportunity for growth, develop and the capacity to shape your own future is very much in your hands You This is a key position within the Real-World Evidence Department so it's important that you have a background in Observational Research / Non-Interventional Studies and have led projects and teams in this area. However, there is flexibility on background, routes into Real World Evidence etc so please bear that in mind, however please check the below criteria: Extensive Real-World Evidence experience within Consulting or Pharma. Must have led Real World Evidence / Observational / Non-Interventional Projects from start to finish. Team / Line Management experience isn't essential but preferred. Any Clinical Data and Stats knowledge within SAS, STATA, R is beneficial. Ideally a MSc / PhD in relevant subject. What should you do next?
