Overview
The Role Partner with the key stakeholders across the business to gain insight into the training requirements and how best to support them Liaise with external training providers and source the most appropriate courses which will aide the businesses strategic plan Act as the main point of contact with external L&D and wellbeing providers, developing productive relationships develop wellbeing initiatives to engage all areas of the business Organise and plan training , including attendees, trainers, venue, equipment and catering as required Produce internal communications to engage the business with L&D in collaboration with the wellbeing commitee, produce internal communication material to promote wellbeing and L&D events Maintain accurate records of training, bookings and attendance Evaluate and Quantify the success of the training and recommend improvements
