Returns Administrator - Flexible Hours Duration: 6 months renewable contract with potential to move into a permanent role Location: Witney Pay rate: £10.26 Part time position for 4 days a week working flexible hours 4 pm - 10 pm / 5pm - 11pm / 6pm - 12 pm Adecco has a great opportunity for you to join a growing team working on assignment in the Product Returns department of a global research and health-care company based in Witney. The work involves fault finding on returned products and inputting the outcome onto the system. Responsibilities: Working to a defined process withing their Product Return Dept Ensuring that return tasks are completed according to procedures in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate prioritisation. Ensuring that all actions meet the required levels of accuracy and quality including documentation Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided by our client. All safety clothing and Personal Protective Equipment Requirements: Ability to communicate in a professional manner with both internal/external customers to obtain any required information to process complaints Confidence in using both Word and Excel - the will be a short test as part of your interview covering saving documents, copy and pasting in Word and Excel.
