Overview
Axon Moore is recruiting a Trainee Finance Analyst for a business based in Leeds This household name is growing at an exciting rate and is looking for an enthusiastic Finance Analyst to join the expanding finance team. Working alongside the FC and other senior management your role will be to help the finance team to understand and oversee the businesses performance. Your duties will include; - Preparation of Daily and Weekly KPI’s - Monitoring of data to aid Production meet required SLA’s - Help in the analyst of recruitment needs - Reconciliation of Company bank accounts - Liaise with other departments to identify and report upon potential process improvements. - Assist in the monthly and annual stock checks - Assist with Purchase ledger and Sales ledger - Ad hoc projects and analysis You will have good excel skills and be passionate for a career in finance. Attention to detail is key for this role as you will be handling large amounts of data, You will be able to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines within a team. The team are close knit and very relaxed, it is important for them to have fun whilst working and a “can do” and team mentality is a must in this role.
