Overview
A Sales Support Executive is required for a technical firm based in Oxford, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into sales or account management within the software field. Responsibilities Include: Issuing quotes Arranging meetings for account managers Setting up orders on the CRM Learning new products and assisting with sales queries Carrying out product demos Contacting customers on a daily basis, ensuring all queries or concerns are managed Maintaining records Monitoring and managing social media Participating in marketing campaigns Experience Required Customer Service Administration Passion to get into sales or account management Sales or marketing experience is beneficial Technical background is also highly advantageous In return my client offers a competitive salary alongside a great benefits package and career progression.
