Time Tracking Specialist - Workday Implementation (HR Transformation) We are looking for a Time Tracking Specialist to work on a market leading Workday Implementation for one of the UK's largest multi-media organisations. You will be integral to their change and transformation HR strategy, which has UX at its heart. With a clear focus, next generation vision and some incredible in-flight digital evolution you will be a core member of this team. This two-year programme will ultimately change the way people contribute to the success of the business. The Workday technical and functional team will play a critical role in enabling the people experience transformation. Commencing in March 2020 we will begin with the journey to design, build and implement a new unified digital employee experience across the business which will be underpinned by the very best technology including Workday. The Time Tracking Workstream is central to the success of the programme and will be responsible for all activities that relate to the time tracking functionality within Workday. To ensure that this workstream is effective in its mission to design and deliver all time tracking features across the Programme, we are seeking a Time Tracking specialist to join the team. This is a crucial role, which will join early in the programme to establish an understanding of our current time tracking plans and processes. The Time Tracking Specialist will take responsibility for the Time Tracking Workstream and be dedicated to design and delivery of Time Tracking features and processes. The role will report to the Functional Design Lead as part of the Experience and Solution Design workstream. This role will collaborate with other workstreams and SMEs, as needed, and will will work side-by-side with a counterpart from the Consulting Partner, who will take a lead role on the configuration of Workday to meet our requirements and business aspirations to adopt an employee experience-led approach. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess relevant experience and will have taken a specialist role in similar transformation programmes. It will be important for you to have developed a good understanding of time tracking plan concepts and how these are applied within the context of a global business. You will be required to develop excellent relationships across all streams of work within the Programme and in our markets. In addition, you will oversee a small group of time tracking resources and SMEs, within the context of the programme and work collaboratively with our Workday Implementation Partner on any time tracking related activities, including testing and knowledge transfer.
