Overview
Credit Controller role for a fast growing business bas on the outskirts of central Bradford, this company has big plans for the future and looking to grow exponentially in the next 3 years. Fast paced environment, family orientated business that looks after their staff. They always look to promote within, this role has come around due to the substantial growth of the business. The Credit Controller will be based in the Bradford office but look after the whole of the UK. Description Contacting individuals or business customers when payment is overdue via telephone email & text Timely and effective collection of all debts and customer payments Using specialist computer databases to check credit records Creating reports from bespoke computer systems Negotiating repayment plans Processing payments Tracing missing debtors Profile Credit control experience Attention to detail Confident with the ability to explain financial matters clearly Understanding of Excel Communication and listening skills You will need to be assertive and work well under pressure Good number skills and have a tactful telephone manner. Job Offer Up to £12.00 per hour additional benefits including off street parking.
