Overview

We are working on behalf of a highly respected financial services provider who have the ability to evolve quickly within the fast changing retirement markets. Due to this they are now seeking a Defined Benefit Senior Pensions Administrator where your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Checking all day to day operational tasks such as member queries, monthly funding, re-insurance reporting and data validation. Be accountable for supporting and working with their TPA service provider on day to day matters regarding their DB business. Supporting the DB Transition Managers with their administrative matters such as checking the payroll calendars and the annual payroll for new schemes. Support transition team on new schemes checking routine admin work including completion of payroll calendars, and the annual payroll approval Completing trustee anti money laundering and new scheme "know your customer" checks during the contract phase of the transaction Maintaining operational MI including TPA performance tracking and new scheme tracker Your Defined Benefit pensions experience will have been gained working at a Senior Administrator level either with an in house pension team, third party administrator or insurance company, together with the ability to manage your own workloads and oversee the work of others and prioritise a number of different tasks based on business volumes and priorities This is a very brief job description and further information is available on application.
