Overview
Robert Half Devon & Cornwall are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join a long-standing client of ours in Plymouth. This is a hands-on role in a busy environment within the manufacturing industry. The successful Management Accountant will be needed on an on-going temporary basis, during a currently busy period for our client. Key Responsibilities The Management Accountant will be responsible for: Preparing monthly management accounts, cashflows, rolling forecasts and reports Assisting the Finance Director with ongoing strategy and business development Preparing annual budgets and year-end accounts Supporting the other members of the finance team Continued development of processes and systems Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Required Skills and Experience CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent Qualification (Qualified by experience will also be considered) Highly numerate and strong analysis skills with attention to detail A strategic, solution-based thinker with an ability to think laterally Strong systems experience and advanced Excel user Confident in building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders Salary An hourly rate between £19 - £25 per hour depending on experience.
