Overview
Robert Half Devon and Cornwall are currently working with a Plymouth based organisation to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant on an ongoing temporary basis. Day to day duties of the Assistant Management Accountant will include but not be limited to: Review costs and provide information to the divisional managers of the company on a monthly basis Provide key financial data to the Controlling Management Accountant Review and update the standard costing system Production of reports Present a professional image, support and promote brand values at all times Carry out all activities in line with the Company Health and Safety Policy Ensure compliance with policies and procedures The successful candidate profile will include: A good knowledge and experience of computer-based management accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications Strong numerical skills and ability to understand financial information Knowledge of a range of finance systems including Payroll, Payments and Invoicing Good communicator both verbally and via email Enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail Salary and benefits: This role pays between £14-16 per hour plus holiday pay, dependant on qualifications and experience.
