Overview
Agora Talent is partnering with stationery and gift business Papier, in their search for a Senior BI Executive. Papier is a fast-growing, London based start-up, which has raised £15 million since launch and is changing the face of online personalisation. Papier offers a sophisticated user experience and delivers beautifully designed products, on-demand and all over the world, from personalised greeting cards to wedding invitations and stationery. The BI Senior Executive will report into the Head of Business Intelligence. The role will support the business in achieving profitable growth by developing best in class analytics and decision making. A great candidate will have the following: 2-4 years’ experience within BI (or similarly transferable role). Advanced SQL ability Quantitative degree from a top-tier university Motivation to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment Highly motivated and uses own initiative Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally Experience in BI Software (particularly Looker) Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present to stakeholders ?Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain a best-in-class attribution model. Translate complex data into insightful, actionable and strategic recommendations that empower Papier to make data-driven decisions. Maintain and improve Papier's reporting to maximise effectiveness and accuracy. Develop new approaches and methodologies that challenge and improve our current thinking and reporting. Build data education and culture through effective collaboration. Conduct deep-dive analyses that determine the root cause and develop new insight.
