A pub located in North Derbyshire is seeking to recruit a strong Sous Chef Role: A pub that offers its customers all day dining is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team of six in the kitchen where you will be working closely with the Head Chef to manage the other chefs.The pub has a great reputation for offering high quality fresh food with menus featuring dishes with ingredients that reflect the seasons.In this Sous Chef role you will be expected to have strong all round cooking skills as well as being capable of running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef ensuring service runs smoothly. Requirements: The pub is seeking either a very strong Senior Chef de Partie/ Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step up or an experienced Sous Chef who is looking for a new role in their career.Strong cooking skills across the sections are essential but all applicants should also be confident team leaders who are capable of running a busy food service.
