Overview
A Stand Alone HR Advisor role for a leading Engineering firm based in Chadderton (Oldham) offering £33,000 Your new company You will be joining a leading and developing Engineering firm based in Chadderton. On the back of a positive year with a growing organisation after winning 2 major contracts, they are now looking for a new HR Advisor to work stand-alone on that site. Your new role As the HR Advisor you will deal with employee engagement, support all line managers, support and implement the UK HR strategy as well as supporting in HR related projects. You will also be responsible for recruitment activities, identify learning and development requirements and still deal with HR administration. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience of working in a stand-alone role ideally around the same level of workforce (100 staff) and will have experience of working with Unions. You will be a strong team player as although this is a stand-alone role, there is very much an "all chip-in policy". You will have up to date knowledge of employment law and have excellent communication skills. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of up to 33k dependant on experience with some really strong benefits.
