Overview
A world leader in the engineering sector are looking to appoint a HR Manager, this is a stand alone role which will cover all operational and strategic areas including: Partnering with Managers to implement HR policies and processes Managing reward and benefit within the business Taking a lead on employee engagement Managing recruitment and selection Leading on a variety of HR projects Talent and succession planning The ideal candidate for this role will bring with them ideas and initiatives that will further drive the HR function within the business.
