Overview
Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Manchester A highly regarded national law firm is currently seeking a commercial litigator Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its highly successful and expanding team in Manchester. The role will involve running a case-load of both Claimant and Defendant matters, including Multi Track subrogated property damage claims resulting from various perils (including fire, water, explosions and collisions) as well as product liability and policy coverage matters. Whilst potentially this is a re-train opportunity, experience of handling or assisting on Multi Track matters is essential. You will be joining a forward thinking and market leading law firm that is recommended in the Legal 500.
