Configuration Engineer
Overview
Currentley seeking a SC Cleared Configuration Engineer for a truly exciting project within the South West. This role is an integral part of the team providing support to all aspects of the project ensuring that the process and guidance are adhered to. Main Purpose of Role Ensure effective control of documentation to meet customer agreed scope; including control of all documentation entering and exiting the project. Collate the data for the reporting, monitoring and control of Government Furnished information/assets. Ensure effective control of documentation to meet customer agreed scope. Ensure documentation stored within the various document repositories is compliant to the Configuration Management Plan and supporting documents. Provide support to audits including coordinating the periodic review of all project processes including those on Agility. Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competences Desirable - Knowledge and experience of MCWE, Autodesk Vault and SharePoint. Knowledge of the Ministry of Defence organisation structure and operations would be beneficial. The post-holder should be capable of working professionally, interfacing across multiple stakeholders. Good analytical skills and logically are essential attributes.
