Overview
I am currently looking for Quantity Surveyor's who have expereince within Commercial Offices - ranging from Cat A, Cat A Plus, Cat B Shell & Core. My client are operating at a £70m turnover with their Brand New State of the art offices located in Shoreditch and delivering projects ranging from 250k up to £10m. Having achieved their best year in 2019, depsite the ongoing COVID-19 my client have no plans to make any redunancies within the business an they are still seeking additional staff in the business and depsite many jobs being on hold, once the market is back they will actively need additional commercial staff to help. -£70m Turnover -Located in Shoreditch (12min walk from Liverpool St station) -Running multiple projects within Office space from 250k-10m -60% on site 40% office based -Will be reporting into the commercial director (who has been with the business over 15 years) -Estimating exp. required My client are initially looking to hold SKYPE interviews with a further face to face interview when things begin to settle.
