Overview
Creative Support is a non-profit organisation which provides high quality person centred social care services for people with learning disabilities, mental health and other needs. We are recruiting Support Workers to work across our Market Harborough service, which provides support to individuals who have a learning disability . Your role will involve providing individualised person centred support to people living in their own home or in supported housing, to enable them to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life, to participate in the community and to develop their abilities as fully as possible. Full training is provided. The shifts in the services are 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 10pm, plus sleeping in and waking nights 10pm – 7am.
