We offer accommodation in community homes of various sizes each housing a group of people where they have their own private space and also who benefit/enjoy living together Everyone helps to create a family atmosphere in our homes, both employees and residents alike What Does The Role Look Like? We are looking for a new member to join the family and support the individuals within our care. This is a great position for a caring individual who loves to build long-lasting relationships with the people they work with. You’ll be engaging in all sorts of activities in and around the home and local community. As a nurturing individual, you will also support your clients with their personal care/hygiene and may also include assisting with medications. No two days will be the same, together you can make every day interesting with a variety of fun activities, learning of life skills and (if you are really creative) make the house work fun Your main goal will be to ensure your client is happy and healthy and is achieving their personal best What Are The Working Hours? The hours for this role are 40 hours per week. This will be split into 4x10 hours per week with 3 days off. Flexible working hours are essential as the shifts are a mixture of earlies and late’s including every other weekend. And What Are The Benefits For Me?
