Overview
Senior Clinical Recruitment Consultant, Home Based Due to the ongoing success of ExecuPharm we are looking to expand our European team. If you are an experienced clinical recruitment consultant who is looking for the next step in your career then this could be the role for you. You will be home based and reporting into the Director of Recruitment. You will be required to source, recruit and manage all levels of roles up to senior directors for various companies and countries across the world. The Role and your Responsibilities - Seek and qualify clinical research professionals from various available resources - Build a candidate sourcing pool by maintaining rapport with current employees & contractors and networking with candidates within ExecuPharm’s database - Have regular meetings with the ExecuPharm clinical operations team - Coordinate interviews including schedules and availability of candidates and managers; assist with arranging travel as required for in person interviews - Negotiate offers with candidates and communicate onboarding process and procedure - Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitor job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations - Work closely with Recruiting team to strengthen and support team environment and foster positive growth within the company What is Required - Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required - Two years of recruiting experience preferred - Experience in recruiting for clinical trial staff preferred - Flexibility with your availability due to the nature of recruitment across the world - Ability to communicate with clients effectively - Ability to handle confidential information and build trust throughout all levels of the organization - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities - Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written - Effective time management and project management skills This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89653529
