The Opportunity A commercially focused UK charity based in London is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor. This is an 12 month fixed term contract . Please note this is a regional role that will require travel to other sites including West Midlands, Northampton and Derby. There is flexible working with one day a week working from home This is to join a proactive environment, where you will report directly into a HR Business Partner. The Detail you will provide high quality HR generalist coaching and advisory services to employees and business leaders Provide leadership coaching and guidance to the HR Advisors to improve collective performance via direct coaching and personal development plans. Provide advice and guidance on Employment Relations issues Maintain excellent employee relations climate by establishing and maintaining trustworthy relationships with managers, employees and Trade Union representatives. Act as the HR representative at consultation meetings with staff in relation to redundancies or changes to terms and conditions of employment. Skills and Experience You will be a strong HR generalist and extensive high-volume case management experience Recent experience of working in a large, fast paced organisation with multi-site responsibilities and a CIPD qualification or studying towards it.
