Overview
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the UK’s largest trade association, representing and supporting the interests of businesses and organisations involved in all electrotechnical and engineering services? If so you could join the ECA’s Business Support Team based in our London head office at St Katharine's Dock. You will report to the Business Support Manager and be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and business suppor to ensure the Association's objectives are met and deadlines are achieved. You’ll need to be: organised, proactive, with excellent attention to detail a confident communicator able to listen and assess the needs of individual callers to provide the right information and advice experienced in thinking through challenges and resolving problems Our normal working week is 35 hours with the flexibility to attend events and conferences as necessary. You’ll need to be able to travel as required and we will cover your travel costs via usual business or mileage expenses. The ideal candidate will have a minmum of two years administration experience within in a busy office environment. A detailed job description is available on request.
