Overview
RTA Litigator Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: £21,000 - £31,000 (Depending on Experience) Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday (9am – 5:30pm) My client, a personal injury firm specialising in road traffic accidents are looking for a RTA Litigator to join their successful team in Manchester City Centre. The successful candidate will be handling a caseload of approx. 150 – 175 fast track RTA personal injury cases from the point they exit portal to issue or settlement. To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be: • Valuing personal injury, preparing part 36 advice, assessing quantum and liability • Running a caseload of out of-portal and RTA personal injury claims • Reviews for suppliers' marketing expenses • Controlling compliance and risk management reviews • Complaint handling and resolution • Maintaining KPI targets for post-portal cases • Managing abandonment and file closure What we look for in you: • Familiarity with Civil Procedure, Protocols and processes for personal injury claims • Experience/understanding of personal injury law • Litigation experience • Ability to work to targets/deadlines • Experience of running own caseload • Relevant up to date legal knowledge What's in it for you: • 25 days holidays plus bank holidays • Quarterly attendance bonus per calendar quarter • And most importantly, you`ll be working within a fun, passionate and vibrant team If you are an experienced RTA Litigator who is looking to join a leading and respected law firm, offering a great work hours, competitive salary and extra benefits – please click apply for immediate consideration or call Victoria on .
