Overview
My client is looking for a DevOps Engineer to be based in London for a 12 months contract. In this role you will implement improvements to systems deployed on AWS as agreed with the project team. Tasks will include: Upgrades to application (V3.5, 4) as required Improvements to Cygnus AWS deployment to improve performance, usability and reduce costs Apply Cygnus application patches as required Facilitate integration with other tools e.g. De-confliction tool, AWS translation Deploy Dutch Analytical Toolbox and integrate with Cygnus Deploy Kibana LDAP integration The succesful candidate will have: Expertise with AWS with Terraform Experience with GitLab, building CI/CD Pipelines Experience with securing cloud deployments and building in business continuity (backups, etc) Database administration experience, ideally in a cloud environment (MySQL, SQL Server, Postgres) Experience with ElasticSearch Experience with Python, Celery, RabbitMQ Please note, Active Enhanced SC Security clearance is required for this role. Candidates who possess SC Security clearance will be considered for this role, however you will be required to go through enhanced SC prior to commencing the role.
