Overview
Architectural Technician/ Specifier With the current emphasis on building quality sustainable housing, the offsite modular sector has seen significant growth in recent years. You will be joining a successful organisation utilising modern methods of construction to supply turnkey solutions to mainly residential as well as leisure markets. Your key responsibilities will include the production of all working drawings, the writing of specifications, special instructions and schedules of fittings. You will be producing accurate bills of materials, liaising with external suppliers and subcontractors whilst carrying out design stage risk assessments on an ongoing basis. With your eye for detail and process driven approach, you will enjoy the backing and support of an organisation that takes your career development as seriously as they do their customer service.
