Overview
Synchro are currently working exclusively on site with a household brand in Cheltenham and we are recruiting on their behalf for a Senior UX/UI Designer. The technology and digital road map for our client is extremely exciting and they aim to use their digital presence to revolutionise the way business is done. This is a brand-new role for a new function that is being created within the tech team. My client has a rewarding environment and as a UX/UI Designer your focus will be the customers journey and you will ensure a consistent and fantastic user experience across all their products, both web and mobile. The business is moving their delivery to a squad operation and you will be assigned to one of these. You will be responsible for sketching, wireframing and prototyping and demonstrate the ability to translate your vision clearly to the development team. You must enjoy solving design challenges and have an incredible eye for design and detail whilst aiming to produce a slick UI. Skills required: Solid experience in the UX/UI space Can be more UX or UI focused, with experience in both Experience in native mobile and web design Experienced in working to tight deadlines and able to adjust to changing demands at short notice. A strong verbal and written communicator, good with people and highly interactive. An excellent organiser with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
