You will be working in an 'Outstanding' graded nursing home and use your experience and skills to drive the company values forward. Responsibilities · Manage the day to day running of the home · All responsibilities that are required by a nursing home nurse · Audit and action as required by the Company and CQC · Monitor staff supervisions, appraisals and probations; diarising meetings with the Home Manager. · Act as a key contact for all families and multi professionals in relation to the care of residents and the to the home. · Support the provision of advice and guidance to clients and staff to ensure that the service is delivered to a high standard. Experience Required · An active NMC pin · Nurse Degree qualification · Management qualifications equivalent to level 4 or 5 · Previous Management experience in a nursing or social care setting · Operational experience in managing staff · Ability to undertake clinical auditing, action and implement change thereof · Rota management using skill mixing · Team leadership of junior nurses, but still very much part of the team Support and guidance to nurses · Car driver with access to a vehicle for work purposes
