Overview
IT Production Support Analyst I am working with a company who are looking for someone to join the Production Support Team within their production environment. The role will be to provide support to all systems within the department as well as being heavily involved in data. This will include ensuring files are processed and available to the overnight production teams. Required Skills and Experience:- Previous experience of working within a support capacity Comfortable working shifts - NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS Experience of Windows Operating Systems Experience of processing documents and files to tight deadlines Experience of using ticketing system
