Pastry Commis Chef We are currently looking to recruit a Pastry Commis Chef to work at this luxury hotel under an experienced Executive Chef and his dedicated team of 13 Chefs and Kitchen Porters who prepare top quality fresh food across a range of restaurants and menus. The Place A luxury 4AA silver star hotel nestled in the Kent countryside, the hotel has 38 luxury rooms and suites as well as an award winning spa and fine dining restaurant. The Perks As Pastry Commis Chef you can look forward to the following: Salary of between £18,000- £21,000 40 hour week, overtime paid Great discounts on F&B and rooms across the group 4 weeks holiday Free parking The chance to work for a luxury hotel group The Person The ideal Pastry Commis Chef will have the following: Quality, fresh food preparation experience in a quality Hotel or Restaurant operation Pastry Commis or apprentice pastry chef Experience across a variety of kitchen sections Used to working within a small team - sense of team spirit and passion for quality and excellence The flair to give input and work with the team to continually develop the food offered at this hotel All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
