Pastry Chef £28-£30k Dartford Luxury Hotel A fantastic opportunity to work with my clients highly experienced Executive Chef, leading the pastry section with the support of a commis chef. Role Produce plated desserts for all menus to 2 Rosette standard Ordering and stock control Designing with the Executive Chef menu items for afternoon tea, restaurant as well as banqueting menus My client caters for Spa Guests, Leisure Clients, Local guests, corporate, conference and banqueting function guests, covering 700 for afternoon tea. Desirables The ideal candidate would be someone who has worked in a quality environment but is now seeking their first head pastry chef role with responsibility for the Pastry section.
