Senior Finance Assistant | PR Agency | South West London Harmonic are excited to be working closely with an established PR Agency. They are currently experiencing a period of rapid growth and are looking for a proactive, bright and competent Finance Assistant to join the team. Culturally the team are bright, energetic and fun. Due to its dynamic nature, there is fantastic opportunity to progress within the business. You will be working closely with the Finance Director in a broad role. You'll have an excellent grounding in transactional finance and have ambitions to start making that next step up in finance with exposure to a wide range of duties. The Role: Your duties will include, but not be limited to: Preparation of VAT Returns Assisting with the running of monthly management accounts Responsibility for posting journals Maintaining the ledgers Processing invoices Helping with the processing of Accounts Payable Ad-hoc duties supporting senior members of the team.
