Overview
Are you a confident laboratory assistant, with an interest in Tissue Culture? I am recruiting for a candidate to join this university department to assist with their laboratory work. You will be experienced in organising labs, assist with cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the working environments. Confidence using general lab equipment, and completing maintenance/ checks on the machines is desirable. Dealing with waste and emergencies would be part of this role too. You will be: -Experienced working in laboratory with good laboratory practise -Capable of using hand tools and precision instruments -Confident with all MS office packages This role would suit a student or recent graduate, who is looking to grow their experience within the University of Cambridge. Working Monday to Friday, this full time position is a great step into the laboratory world of work.
