Overview
IT Manager - County Durham. Exciting new role for an IT Manager based in County Durham. The company is a forward thinking technology business that invests heavily in it's IT infrastructure and hardware. Best of breed kit, replaced and renewed with the recommended timescales, this is a business that understands the importance of IT. They are looking to recruit a forward thinking, dynamic individual who can bring innovation to the organisation as well as keeping the day to day IT performing well. Managing a small team of 2 the successful candidate will also be comfortable interacting with the business, from end users to senior management. This role sits on the senior management team, so you will need to feel comfortable interacting with other senior managers. Excellent communication skills is key. Technical skills required are - VMWare virtualization technology, Microsoft server technologies, LAN, WAN and Wi-fi technologies and VOIP phone systems.
