Overview

We are recruiting a Spanish speaking Customer Services Advisor for an online organisation based in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who speaks business level Spanish and business level English and who is looking for weekend work. The shifts are Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday from 8-6pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch break. This role will start asap and will be until September (may extend) You will have had experience within customer services before and be free for work immediately. This is a busy role where you will be part of a fun team. Duties; Assist in validation checks for clients and customers Investigate suppliers using the information provided by the customer Analyse information and make conclusions in an efficient manner about the legitimacy of the customer/client Make and respond to telephone calls and emails to assist customers with any additional checks we may need to validate them Resolve issues that arise from validation checks and provide clear and concise feedback to the customer Handle any issues associated with the misuse of a customer's account Investigate existing suppliers for suspicious or fraudulent behaviour Evaluate the risk that an existing customer would pose to the company Use in-house tools to recognise the increased threat of an existing account and act upon that information in an efficient manner. You will be available for the shifts as detailed below. Successful candidates will be contacted within 5 working days.
