Overview
Prospero are looking for HCA to work in residential and nursing home settings. We are looking for people who have a passion for care and we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated workers who are committed to providing high quality care. Main responsibilities:- Person-centred care to a range of vulnerable individuals Providing personal care Assist with mobility, moving and handling and promoting independence Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health and wellbeing needs Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information Promote best practices as a care assistant in health and safety and security Assist in maintaining and developing services Contribute to quality improvement Promote peoples equality diversity and rights The suitable candidate will: Have worked a minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare setting Have a flexible approach towards work Have a passion to help others and make a difference in their lives NVQ Health and Social Level 3 - desirable Enhanced DBS Adult and Child on the update service - desirable Benefits:- Flexible working Be part of an elite team of Health Care Assistants Free annual training Free uniform Weekly pay If you are interested and have a passion for supporting people in residential and nursing home settings - please call Suzanne Platt on 0161-470-0999.
