Based in the heart of Clerkenwell they are known for their bold and unique styles, designed and created for some of the World's biggest businesses They are looking for an Office Manager well versed in finance and accounts to join their Showroom. The role will require you to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. You will be expected to take responsibility of a wide range of tasks, from client communication to managing the company's finances, as well as ensuring smooth running of the showroom at all times. They are small team but they are looking for a big personality, someone who is switched on and loves to roll up their sleeves This is a great opportunity for the right the candidate to join their showroom and take full rein of this exciting role. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Ensuring smooth running of the showroom at all times Overseeing daily operations of the showroom Meeting and greeting guests/ clients into the showroom Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and workshop staff in regards to orders Process orders and invoices and issue order confirmations to clients Credit control duties, chase invoices when required Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner Order tracking: monitor the progress of product manufacture through ongoing communication with the workshop team. Update systems (Trello / Slack) and clients accordingly Have an understanding of logistics for order deliveries Assess the profitability of orders, products and the workshop by the ongoing review of purchase invoices, overheads and labour hours. Prepare summary management reports. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Recent experience in a similar role and a proven track record Excellent numerical abilities and a keen attention to detail Experience within finance and accounts Communication skills.
