To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter with strong communication skills - if you feel like we have described you, we would love to hear from you The Role: This position is a varied and sometimes demanding role so the ideal candidate will have some previous office experience, the ability to work well as part of a team as well as on their own initiative and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. Responsibilities: A proactive individual who enjoys providing a first class - Right-First-Time service, completing required duties to a high standard and getting things done will thrive in this role. Main responsibilities include: To perform all responsibilities in accordance with relevant documentation and procedures. To assess stock requirements periodically. To receive deliveries and notify the correct department on receipt following correct storage. To support and deliver effective Right First Time processes. Effective communication of any adverse events witnessed during the Dispatch Process. Proactively promote and adhere to Good Distribution Practices providing traceability and compliance with written instructions. Perform any duties as requested by your line manager. Notify Line Management of any issues relating to Health and Safety. Person Specification: We are looking for a candidate who is a strong communicator, well presented, articulate and has the ability to converse at all levels. A fast learner with the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: Excellent communication skills Must display a friendly, welcoming and professional attitude at all times Have a strong work ethic and be prepared to put in the work to gain results A desire to learn new skills Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5pm Salary: £20,000 (Pro Rata) per annum & Benefits Package Part time would be considered if this is beneficial to the business operation.
