Overview
A Chambers listed Legal 500 law firm with 2 offices in the Thames Valley is seeking a senior commercial property solicitor to join the current team in Wokingham. The department deals with: FH and LH office, industrial, educational, licensed and retail premises; residential development and associated planning matters for developers and landowners; agricultural related work encompassing farmland and landed estates. This role can be either full-time or part-time to suit the applicant. The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial property solicitor who is used to dealing with a mix of commercial property matters, including: Business Leasehold & Freehold Business Sales & Purchases New Build/Land Development Secured Lending Portfolio Management The firm is well established and highly regarded, as a result of the high levels of service, expertise and quality it provides to its property clients. You will be required to have excellent IT and organisational skills, along with being able to use a case management system. The friendly team of 8 has a solid reputation in the Thames Valley region.
