Overview
An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced candidate to join an established and highly regarded catastrophe modelling team within a leading Lloyd's Syndicate. The jobholder will be responsible for providing catastrophe modelling support to the Open Market team and the focus will be on using the RMS catastrophe models to analyse the unit's exposures for pricing and aggregate management purposes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for a small team of Catastrophe Modellers as well as in central catastrophe modelling tasks, such as model testing and validation. To apply you will have experience modelling using the RMS model to together with strong IT skills (including MS Excel, Access and SQL) and preferably have a Syndicate or Company Market Insurer background.
