SENIOR COMPLIANCE ANALYST (AML)- LEADING LONDON LAW FIRM- UP TO £50,000 A newly created role with a renowned London based law firm has recently been released. Ranked as a Tier One law firm (according to Legal 500UK), this practice operates in over 10 locations globally with well over 600 Lawyers and partners. This fantastic role offers the opportunity to develop conflicts, CDD and AML knowledge to an advisory standard, whilst enhancing exposure across multiple business functions. Sitting within the Business Intake team, the role involves analysing the more complex/high risk CDD cases escalated by Analysts, providing an international regulatory perspective on a new client's risk rating. Senior Analysts are expected to quickly grasp an array of supporting documentation and corporate structures, to make efficient and informed recommendations to fee earners. This role will also involve conflicts analysis. Successful candidates will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of CDD and AML with specific exposure gained through working in a Globally Operating Law Firm. You'll also be expected to conduct PEP checks, adverse media screening, sanction screening, and assist management with SARs. Candidates without legal experience will not be considered.
