Credit Controller

Credit Controller Woking Your new company: You will be joining a market leading international business based in Woking, Surrey. Your new role: Working within a small credit control team, and reporting to the Global Credit Manager you will manage your own ledger of UK and internationally based clients. You will be responsible for reducing aged debt, improving cash flow and successfully achieving collection targets. Your varied duties will include contacting customers to discuss payments, resolving invoice related queries, posting payments and producing monthly reports. What you'll need to succeed: You will be a skilled credit controller, who ideally has experience of dealing with a global ledger. You will be skilled at establishing strong working relationships with your customers and being able to deliver excellent customer service, while still ensuring that payments are received. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong numeric ability and be computer literate (Excel, vlook ups and pivots) and ideally have used SAP.
