Credit Control Supervisor

Our client based in Woking are seeking a Credit Control Supervisor to join the business for a 6 month temporary position. The purpose of this role is to review the current credit control process and develop this, also to chase outstanding debts in a timely and efficient manner. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Monitoring and putting together payment plans for customers Handling customer complaints when necessary Closing customer accounts and producing final demands Ensuring you meet the compliance guidelines when dealing with customer accounts Updating data and ensuring discrepancies are corrected Opening new accounts for customers Handling enquiries over the phone and email The suitable candidate must: Have a strong Credit Control background at a supervisor level Have a strong understanding of systems and be able to make suggestions to improve current systems and processes Experience supervising staff Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel Maintain strong attention to detail at all times
