Overview
Calling all IT Support Analyst You have experience providing IT Support and are passionate about further developing your skills and gaining more exposure. Perhaps you are currently studying (or struggling to find too) and trying to acquire further certifications that will support you in getting to the next milestone in your career. If this sounds like you like you then we have a unique opportunity and would like to hear from you. We are currently looking for individuals who have experience providing IT support, excellent customer service with a good understanding of a variety technologies. This role will involve you working on an out of hours rota (4 on 4 off) in a team that provide 24x7 support. In this position you will be responsible reactive and proactive monitoring and management of system alarms and taking steps resolve the customers incident. This will include database, network, VMware, backup, storage and application monitoring to identify and resolve performance issues. To be successful in this role you will need the following: Experience In an IT customer Support role Good General IT Knowledge Excellent customer Service Skills Knowledge of MS Server operating systems Experience with Active Directory Ability to follow processes with the ability to think outside of the box Knowledge of Networking Hardware Break Fix Backup & Storage Technologies A good knowledge of ITIL initiative towards incident management If you feel you have the skills and experience required then apply now as and one of our team will give you a call to discuss this further should you application be considered.
